This project took place between January and
March 2000. It was devised, managed and directed by HyperAction
with funding from Cardiff
County Council's Planning Department. Three classes from Albany
Primary School have been involved together with their teachers and local
residents. The project forms part of the Council's neighbourhood renewal
initiative which has been focusing on City Road and its immediate
vicinity. The development of this web site by the children of Albany
Primary School has involved a wide investigation into the history and
geography of the local area. You can read more about the project and the

We entered our project for the Lord Mayor's Civic Awards but we didn't win. Never mind! There's always next year!
